One of my long time favorite fashion moments is a little black dress! It’s a look that is classic, versatile, and appropriate almost anytime and anywhere! I found this adorable LBD while scouring the Nordstrom site, which I’ve been doing a whole lot of lately! I saw those statement sleeves and immediately added it to the cart!

When it comes to a little black dress, I always look for unique details that make the dress more interesting! These oversized poufy sleeves bring all the drama and instantly elevate the look! I love that the rest of the dress is sleek and simple; and hugs the curves nicely! The square neck gives the dress a more feminine feel and is super on trend!

I don’t wear shapewear most days, but every once in a while there is an outfit where I know I’ll want some kind of smoothing! I opted for Spanx high power shorts for support, to hide any visible panty lines, and to help hold the skirt in place! I love how these felt on and I didn’t notice any kind of rolling/digging throughout the day – so that’s a win to me!

I wanted this look to embrace summer as much as possible, so I went with a bohemian vibe for shoes and accessories! I love these Jeffrey Campbell heeled sandals! With the multi-strap tassel details and block heel, I know I’ll be wearing these babies over and over again! I stuck with the textured theme and added this fringe filled straw tote too! The size is perfect for a beach day! Last but not least, I added these gold drop hoop earrings for a bit of glamour and they did not disappoint!
